This cute fully equipped 1-bedroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a full size kitchen, a full size bathroom, a balcony off the master bedroom, as well as a full size washer and dryer.
Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance. This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Nice Rental, Good Location
The good:
Great location, very clean, nice furniture. Very reasonable price. Check in was a breeze and the instructions were perfect.
The not so good:
The plastic mattress cover on the bed. It makes a LOT of noise and is very slippery and you feel like you are sliding all over the bed. I understand the need for it, but perhaps put a mattress cover on top of it. There is no TV in the bedroom. Bathroom is very small, would not recommend for more than two people. Also need a full size ironing board and quality iron.
In all, it was a nice place to stay, especially at the last minute, and was worth the price. Very close to restaurants and easy beach access. Aside from the mattress cover, nothing was a major inconvenience. Amazing!!
Loved! We booked this literally 3 weeks before coming so super last minute. I honestly thought the price was too good to be true! Very clean, accommodating, and short walk to the beach. We will be coming back!
