Southern Breeze 2 on Perdido Key which is also known as the "Lost Key." This cute fully equipped 1-bedroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a full size kitchen, a full size bathroom, a balcony off the master bedroom, as well as a full size washer and dryer.

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance. This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Lovely
Very comfortable place! Easy to find and lots of amenities. Bring your own spices-no salt or pepper. And nothing to do with the place, but watch out for those nasty sand burrs!

Simple and Convenient
Unit is one of about 12 in a 2-story multiplex. Nothing glamorous, but nice and functional. A nice-sized sitting room greets you as you walk in the door, with a small kitchen to the rear and a small bathroom with tub/shower on the left. One nice-sized bedroom is behind that with a sliding glass rear door that leads out onto a wooden deck. It's just a quick walk across the street (highway can get busy, but not bad), and then over a small dune to the beach. Very easy access. Had a great time.

Southern Breeze #2
Property was a bit dated but generally clean and comfortable and in a great location. Check in process was very easy and professional. Only complaints were cigarette smell of interior and loose/broken toilet seat.
