This cozy, fifth floor, three bed two bath corner Gulf-front retreat, just three miles from Perdido Key State Park, boasts. The living area offers plenty of seating where the whole family can lounge, not to mention the sliding glass doors that lead out to the expansive covered balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf! Wake up and sip your morning coffee while the sun rises over the Gulf of Mexico or even enjoy dining under the stars while the tranquil sound of the waves relaxes your senses and calms your mind. The kitchen is well-appointed to suit everyone's cooking needs. There is even a dishwasher to help you clean everything up after mealtime. The complex offers two outdoor swimming pools (one is heated), lighted tennis courts, an exercise room, and grilling areas providing lots of family fun.

Relax after a long day of recreation in one of the three luxuriously appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed for a great night's sleep, a smart TV, and an ensuite full bath. The other two bedrooms are queen beds and also have smart TVs.

As a guest, you'll also have access to a variety of shared amenities such as Pickleball, beachfront hot tub, tennis court, and fitness center. Take a dip in one of the serene community pools. With two pools on-site (one heated), you can have a relaxing lounge poolside without worry about crowds.

Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
