Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Another wonderful Beach visit
Family of 5 visited for a week. The weather was beautiful the entire time. The condo was well stocked and maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great vacation
Location was great. Off the busy road and on quieter part of the beach. Publix and multiple restaurants near by. Listing as described. Both pools were nice and clean. Heated pool was perfect temp.check-in/check-out was very easy and just a few blocks down the road. There were a couple beach chairs and kids sand toys in the closet. Welcome packet had all the info we needed for our stay. Location great!
It was okay but would not stay in unit 511 again. The couch and chair were not comfortable. Had to call maintenance because the dryer would not work. We love Sandy Key.
