History buffs and aviation enthusiasts will love being just a short drive from the renowned National Naval Aviation Museum—home of the Blue Angels!

Inside, the cozy beach-inspired living room welcomes you with two daybeds—perfect for lounging. From the front porch and living room, take in beautiful ocean views, and from the back porch, enjoy a peaceful view of the outdoor pool and grill area.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals, including a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker (pot and single-serve), waffle iron, and plenty of storage. A utility closet with a washer and dryer makes longer stays easy and convenient.

Unwind in the spacious master bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed, ample closet space, a large dresser, and a private patio. After a fun-filled day, relax in the luxurious full-body massage chair—your muscles will thank you!

The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and is stocked with soft, hotel-quality linens to make your stay extra comfortable.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.
