Gulfside Villas is the perfect place for a romantic weekend for two, or a small family looking for fun on the beach! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the 2nd story of the building offers a cozy yet elegant atmosphere for guests.
This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. The living room features a cozy sofa bed, providing extra sleeping room. After a long day of exploring, you can relax in the comfortable and luxurious King size bed. The bathroom offers a private sink area just for guests, so they don't have to enter the master bedroom or its private sink and closet area. While the bedroom overlooks the key, the balcony faces the beach and has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your meals outdoors as well as the cool ocean breezes.
Activities nearby include the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Fort Barrancas, The Wharf, Orange Beach, Tanger Outlet Mall, Old Time Pottery, etc. There is something on Perdido Key for everyone to enjoy.
This property does not have an elevator.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Thanksgiving

Private access was great
We came for a birthday celebration and it was great! The location was in the best spot for access to everything!

Highly Recommend
We love staying at the Gulfside Villa because it is right on the beach and each room has a private balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and waves while relaxing on the patio. The condo is well equipped with cooking supplies, oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, washer, dryer, etc. In addition, the decor and furniture were very well chosen and gave it a beautiful beach vibe. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that there were a few updates that needed to be done. The microwave and oven worked okay, but definitely needed to be replaced due to excessive wear and the tile floor had cracks from wall to wall in the main living area. In previous years, we stayed in 1C, and it was in much better repair. However, the property was still a very wonderful and relaxing place to stay and I highly recommend it!!- Anonymous from Paris, Posted: 6/7/2025We didn't know the microwave wasn't working properly. Had we known while you were here, we would have resolved that issue right away. We apologize for the cracked tile, but Hurricane Sally did quite a bit of damage to the building as a whole. Fortunately, the Association was able to repair the entire building, but some units did have cracked tiles remaining afterwards. We do plan on trying to get it repaired in the off season. Great Vacation
The associates at Key were so helpful and made our trip hassle free. Everything was so organized and the unit was exactly as advertised, excellent! The check-in/checkout process was so easy and Key checked on us by text to see if we needed anything during our stay. I highly recommend this Reality Group, unit, and Perdido Key. Also, they allowed pets which was a difference maker for us. If Sassy’s not welcomed, we aren’t welcomed. Beautiful View
Larger than most one bedroom condos with a wonderful view of the Gulf. We didn't explore the area much since we enjoyed cooking most meals in the kitchen and just sitting on the deck with such a great view. This was our second time staying here. You cannot beat the location. Away from the crowds but close enough to join in went to want to. We had a wonderful time in Perdido Key Gulf Side Villa! The location is perfect - take the door off the private balcony, go down steps - you are at the walkway to the beach! The condo was very clean. There is a wonderful table and chairs on the balcony for eating meals and just sitting and looking at the beautiful ocean! Lovely, clean, beach front
I stayed for two weeks. Was lovely, clean, updated. Management company very responsive. However, this unit was NOT well appointed. Only 4 towels provided for two week stay; I was able to get more from the company. There was nothing plastic in the kitchen at all - no cups/bowls, etc. I went to Dollar Tree and bought some. With hard tile floors and beachfront, I feel better with a plastic cup that with glasses!
There was no large sharp knife or pizza cutter - I bought those as well and left behind for next guest. There were no throw pillows for the couch/chairs. There are chairs on the balcony, but no tables, nowhere to set a glass or your book. Same indoors with the occasional chairs. Very comfortable and great for viewing the ocean, but nowhere to set your things. I used a dining table chair placed next to the occasional chairs in order to sit my cup and glasses on while I read a book. There were ZERTO cleaning supplies - not a mop/vacuum, nothing to clean the sink or countertops. I bought these and left behind as well.
