Gulfside Villas is the perfect place for a romantic weekend for two, or a small family looking for fun on the beach! This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located on the 2nd story of the building offers a cozy yet elegant atmosphere for guests.

This condo offers a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table. The living room features a cozy sofa bed and tow bunk beds in the hallway providing extra sleeping room. After a long day of exploring, you can relax in the comfortable and luxurious King size bed. The bathroom offers a private sink area just for guests, so they don't have to enter the master bedroom or its private sink and closet area. While the bedroom overlooks the key, the balcony faces the beach and has a table and chairs so you can enjoy relaxing with a beverage outdoors as well as the cool ocean breezes.

Activities nearby include the National Museum of Naval Aviation, Fort Barrancas, The Wharf, Orange Beach, Tanger Outlet Mall, Old Time Pottery, etc. There is something on Perdido Key for everyone to enjoy.

This property does not have an elevator.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs 20 pounds or under. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog or $350 for 2 dogs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.
