Boardwalk#3

Resting on the top of pilings, Boardwalk is a triplex composed of two three bedroom units on the first floor, and one large four bedroom residence on the second/top floor. With only three units sharing 100' on the gulf, Boardwalk is truly a low density complex.

Boardwalk 3 is a cute three-bedroom, two-bath with three king beds and a sofa sleeper. The unit is located right on the white sandy beaches of Perdido Key.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Also, enjoy the complimentary wi-fi and cable with tv's in every bedroom. This unit is cozy, somewhat rustic, beach atmosphere it's perfect for a family or group of friends spending a few days or even a few weeks at the beach!

Located just minutes from great restaurants and night life, Boardwalk is a fantastic place to stay. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the gulf and there are steps directly to the beach and dune walk-over. Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
