Description

Boardwalk is a low-density triplex sharing 100' of beach on the Gulf. This unit is a newly remodeled three bedroom two bathroom with three king beds and a sofa sleeper. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the Gulf and has a boardwalk leading directly to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Also, enjoy the complimentary wi-fi and cable with tv's in every bedroom. Parking also on site. Located just minutes from great restaurants and nightlife, Boardwalk is a fantastic place to stay. Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Great location not so great unit.
Unit is in a great location but the unit overall left many things to be desired. Very small unit and the kitchen wasn't equipped with alot of the things you would want to have to make meals. The beds were good but I wouldn't have more than 5 people in the unit. Also there is no table inside to sit at. It is out on the deck.

We're sorry you were displeased with the unit. The unit is over 1200 square feet and can easily fit a minimum of 6 guests, the kitchen has nearly every amenity you could ask for (blenders, mixers, cooking sheets, new pots and pans, plenty of cooking utensils, Keurig, new fridge, new stove, microwave, service for 10 guests). The unit has barstools for the kitchen bar and places to eat in the living room, as well as the deck. For future stays at other owner's units, please don't destroy their property as you did ours. We all work hard to have nice facilities for guests and mutual respect for others' property would be greatly appreciated.

Key Concepts’ Beautiful and Relaxing Condo
We rented from Key Concepts and our stay was wonderful. The unit was furnished beautifully, was just steps from the beach with a personal boardwalk. The Key Concepts staff were welcoming and quick to help answer questions. It was a great place for our family to enjoy Fall Break.
